Online we got used very quickly to being part of the game. Commenting, dis-/liking or becoming part of an online game is part of our everyday life. Now this is spreading to real life. Gone are the days of passive watching an exhibition, it gets only real fun when we are part of it.

Daily tous les jours (picture) is an interaction design studio, based in Montreal, with a focus on participation and empowering people to have a place in the stories that are told around them.

Their current project is called „I Heard There Was a Secret Chord“, taking place at the Musee d’art contemporain de Montreal till 4th Sept. 2018. It’s a participatory humming channel that reveals an invisible vibration uniting people around the world currently listening to Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”.

In Germany, Daniel Parlow, is organising urban games. Together with Die Urbanisten he set up a Street-Art-Bingo where the participants get to know their town in a playful new way.

Humans are native tribe focused. Therefore group building is part of our human nature. We want to be part of it.

It’s fun. Let’s particpate.
